When it comes to additions and alterations work plans, only a qualified project architect or engineer can submit these plans to the Commissioner of Building Control and Fire Safety and Shelter Department (FSSD) for approval. On top of this, there are other approvals from the relevant authorities that have to be filed and submitted.
